There's a reason Mon has only perfect reviews on google maps: Mon is incredible resource and I'm beyond grateful and thankful I chose them for buying my first home. Mon was beyond helpful, going above and beyond in their support: always sending rapid, detailed, helpful replies; keeping an eye out for new homes that match my desires; and giving their honest opinions about a house, it's feasibility, its cost, etc. I seriously cannot recommend Mon enough, especially for first time home buyers. Working with Mon was a truly wonderful experience. From their first time homebuyer's education course, to finding the right mortgage lender, to the home touring process, to putting in an offer and signing the paperwork, Mon was there every step of the way. Their friendliness, knowledge, and sense of humor made them a joy to be around. Mon was always there to answer any questions I had, and they continue to be someone I go to for help with my new home. I can't imagine how my first time homebuying process would have gone without Mon, I am so grateful I had them in my corner.
